Marblism Brain Audit: Fix One Stale Fact in 15 Minutes

Find one outdated price, service, schedule or policy before an AI employee repeats it to a customer.

A missing fact usually creates a question. A stale fact can create a confident, wrong answer. For a pool company, HVAC contractor, landscaper or repair shop, last season’s service area or an old after-hours policy can turn into a bad quote, a wasted drive or a promise the field team cannot keep.

What Marblism officially supports

Marblism describes the Brain as the central place for knowledge used by its AI employees. It supports memories, images, web pages and documents. The official guide says you can search by title or file name, edit a memory or document and republish it, delete an individual item, and change which employees have access.

The same guide gives the clearest reason for this check: Keep it current. If your pricing changes or you update your services, update the Brain too.

That is the difference between setting up the Brain once and managing it like a real employee handbook.

Choose one fact worth checking

Pick a fact with a written, current source. If two people disagree about the truth, settle that business decision first; the Brain should not be used to hide an unresolved policy.

Run the Marblism Brain audit step by step

1. Open the Brain and choose the correct knowledge type. Start in Memories for a written rule. Check Web Pages or Documents when the fact may have been imported from another source.
2. Search for one exact subject. Use a plain term such as “service area,” “business hours,” “trip charge” or the name of an expired offer. The goal is one fact, not every document.
3. Compare it with today’s source of truth. Put the Brain item beside the current schedule, price sheet, policy or approved website page. Mark the exact sentence that is wrong or uncertain.
4. Edit and republish, or remove the item. Correct a useful item when there is a verified replacement. Delete it only when the knowledge should no longer be available and no current version belongs there.
5. Check employee visibility. Give access only to the employees whose jobs require the fact. A service-area rule may matter to Stan, Eva and Rachel; private inbox instructions do not belong with Sonny.
6. Ask one neutral test question. Do not feed the answer into the question. Ask, “What areas do we currently serve?” or “What should happen after an urgent call?” Compare the reply with the same source of truth.

Fix the source, not just the answer

• If the bad fact is inside a memory, update that memory and republish it.
• If it came from an uploaded document, replace or edit the extracted knowledge instead of adding a second conflicting note.
• If it came from a web page, correct the website when you control it, then make sure the Brain has the current page content.
• If the test answer is still wrong, search for another copy of the old fact before adding more instructions.

Why this works: correcting the answer only treats one conversation. Correcting the knowledge reduces the chance that several employees reuse the same bad information in email, sales, social content or calls.

• Put dates inside temporary offers and seasonal rules.
• Use specific titles such as “Service Area — Updated July 2026” instead of “Business Notes.”
• Keep one source of truth for each price, schedule or policy.
