Marblism Usage Tracking: Audit AI Employee Hours in 15 Minutes
Open the hours chart, find where the AI team spent its balance and make one useful management decision.
A full schedule can feel productive even when it is filled with the wrong jobs. The same is true of AI employees. A chart showing that hours were used proves activity; it does not prove that an email was accurate, a social post was worth publishing or a call created a useful next step.
For a pool company, HVAC contractor, landscaper or local repair shop, the goal of Marblism usage tracking is simple: find one repeated job that deserves a manager’s attention before another billing cycle passes.
What Marblism officially tracks
Marblism says its base subscription includes 50 hours of work per month across the AI team. The official pricing guide describes each hour as estimated work the agents save and assigns fixed values to completed task types.
| Task recorded by Marblism | Fixed value |
|---|---|
| Email processed | 20 seconds |
| Email drafted | 5 minutes |
| Lead contacted or sourced | 5 minutes |
| Call handled | 10 minutes |
| Social post drafted | 30 minutes |
| Blog post drafted | 1 hour |
The same guide states: Chatting with your agents, configuring them, reviewing their work, and managing your account are all free.
That means this audit itself does not draw from the work balance.
Run the Marblism usage audit step by step
- Record the account balance. Open Settings → Manage Billing. Write down the hours used and hours remaining for the current billing period.
- Open the work breakdown. Return to the dashboard and click the hours chart in the bottom-left corner. Marblism says this shows a breakdown of the tasks your AI employees have been working on.
- Find one repeated or high-use task. Look for the category or employee using the most visible hours. Do not judge it yet; just choose one item worth checking.
- Inspect one finished output. Open a real email draft, social post, blog, call summary or lead record connected with that work. Check whether it was accurate, usable and tied to a real business need.
- Make one decision. Choose keep when the output is useful as-is, change when the instructions or approval rule need work, or pause when the work is consuming hours without a useful result.
- Write the reason in one sentence. A decision without a reason gets forgotten. Save the note where you review operations each week.
“This period, Marblism used [hours] of [total] hours. I inspected [task/output]. Decision: keep / change / pause. Reason: [one factual sentence]. Before the next review, I will [specific adjustment].”
Judge output separately from the hours chart
- Accuracy: Could the customer, lead or team member safely rely on the result?
- Usability: Did the output need a quick review, a major rewrite or complete replacement?
- Business value: Did it clear a real office task, support a sale, publish something useful or create a clear next step?
- Control: Is the correct human approval still in place for customer-facing or sensitive work?
Why this works: the hours chart tells you where to look. The finished output tells you whether that activity deserved to continue. Keeping those two judgments separate prevents a large number on a dashboard from becoming a made-up success story.
If the balance is shrinking faster than expected, review the current Marblism pricing and hours guide. If the output is weak, use the operator guide to training Marblism employees to tighten the Brain, Guidelines and task instructions before spending more hours.
Run one 15-minute usage audit
Action: Record the account balance, open the task breakdown, inspect one finished output and make one keep, change or pause decision.
Win conditions: You know the hours used and remaining, can name one visible workload that deserves review, and have one written decision tied to a real output.

Turn the audit into a weekly habit
- Review the balance at the same time each week so comparisons are meaningful.
- Inspect only one or two outputs per review; the goal is a useful decision, not another dashboard chore.
- Change instructions before buying more capacity when the problem is rework or irrelevant output.
- Keep customer-facing approval in place until the outputs repeatedly meet your standards.
After the first audit, use the first-week setup guide to assign clear jobs and review rules. A small AI team becomes more efficient when somebody manages the work, not when every employee is simply kept busy.
