Marblism Stan Campaign Preview: Check Outreach Before Sending
Let Stan build the sequence, then inspect one real lead and every step while the campaign is still paused.
Sales automation magnifies whatever you give it. A useful message can reach the right owners while you are on a job. A wrong service area, invented detail or pushy follow-up can reach them just as efficiently.
For a pool company, HVAC contractor, landscaper or local repair shop, the safest first win is not sending more. It is proving that one complete outreach path is accurate before sending anything.
What Marblism officially supports
Marblism documents the controls needed for a short review gate:
- Stan campaigns use message steps and WAIT steps, and the owner chooses the content and timing.
- You can open a message step and select Preview with lead to see the personalized version.
- Campaigns can be paused from Stan’s Campaign section, including when leads are already mid-sequence.
- Confirming a suggestion in Stan’s chat can activate a campaign, so status needs a final check.
The official control guide gives the safest testing rule: Keep campaigns paused while you're still testing copy or lead filters.
Run the Stan campaign preview step by step
- Check status first. Open Stan’s Campaign section and verify the campaign says paused before inspecting it. If it is already active, pause it before changing targeting or copy.
- Read the targeting as a business owner. Confirm the location, industry, job titles and company type match the people who can actually buy the offer.
- Choose one representative lead. Pick a lead who matches the targeting and whose company details you understand well enough to spot bad personalization.
- Preview every message step. Open each email or LinkedIn step and select Preview with lead. Read the subject, name, company, opening sentence, offer and call to action.
- Inspect every WAIT step. Make sure the spacing gives a real owner time to respond and that the last message clearly ends the sequence.
- Check status again. Return to the Campaign section after any chat edits. Leave it paused until you intentionally decide the targeting, copy and timing are ready.
“Stan, keep this campaign paused. I am reviewing it, not authorizing outreach. Show me the targeting, every message step and every WAIT step. I will use Preview with lead and approve activation separately after the review.”
Use four gates before activation
- Target: Does this person match the service area, buyer role and offer?
- Truth: Are the name, company, service, result and relationship accurate?
- Ask: Is there one low-friction next step instead of several competing requests?
- Timing: Do the WAIT steps respect the buyer and stop after a reasonable final follow-up?
Why this works: previewing the finished personalization catches problems that are easy to miss in a generic template. Keeping status as a separate gate prevents a copy review from becoming accidental authorization.
Build the offer and follow-up rhythm first with the Stan sales setup guide. Because active Stan sequences run in a local-time send window, verify your account clock with the Marblism timezone challenge.
Preview one Stan campaign in 15 minutes
Action: Choose one paused campaign and one representative lead. Review the targeting, preview every message step, inspect the WAIT steps and leave the campaign paused when the check is complete.
Win conditions: The target matches the offer, every personalized claim is supported, the call to action and timing make sense, and the campaign is still paused.
Score 3/3, then try the next Marblism Challenge: run the 12-minute timezone check before intentionally activating scheduled outreach.
What to fix before you activate
- A generic opening that could have been sent to any business.
- A company detail, relationship or result that the lead record does not support.
- More than one call to action in the same message.
- A WAIT step that follows up before the recipient has a fair chance to respond.
- Any campaign status you did not intentionally choose.
Do not reward a campaign for merely sounding polished. Reward it for being accurate, relevant and easy for a real business owner to answer.
