Marblism Multiple Social Accounts: Keep Brands Separate

Map every brand, workspace and social handle before connecting Sonny, then catch the two setup mistakes Marblism warns about.

Short answer: Give each business or client its own Marblism workspace. Inside that workspace, open Settings → Social Accounts and connect only the Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X or other accounts that belong to that one brand. Do not connect the same social account to more than one workspace.

Multiple social accounts are normal for a service business. The risky part is not having Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile. It is losing track of which brand owns which account before an automation starts creating or scheduling content.

A written map gives you a simple approval record: one brand, one workspace, and a known list of accounts. It also makes it easier for another employee to check the setup without guessing. For captions, media and approval rules after the accounts are organized, use the Sonny social media guide and the review-before-publishing challenge.

What Marblism officially supports

Marblism's current multiple-account guide says each workspace should represent one client or brand. A workspace can contain multiple social accounts, but all of those accounts should belong to that same business or client.

The same guide warns against linking one social account to multiple workspaces because that can cause authorization-token conflicts or account-level limit problems. Marblism's Sonny guide currently lists Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Threads and Pinterest among the supported destinations.

Free Marblism social-account mapper

Enter one account per line using Brand | Workspace | Platform | Handle or profile URL. The checker flags a workspace shared by different brands, the same platform account assigned to different workspaces, and exact duplicate rows.

Nothing is uploaded or saved. Add at least one account, then run the check.

Privacy: this tool runs only in your browser. Skip passwords, tokens, customer data and private account details; a public handle or profile URL is enough.

Set up Marblism multiple social accounts step by step

  1. List the real brands first. Use one row for your company. Add another only when it is a genuinely separate business, client or public identity.
  2. Name the intended workspace. Reuse the exact same workspace name for every social account belonging to that brand.
  3. Add each platform and public handle. A handle or profile URL is enough for this planning check. Never paste a password or access token.
  4. Run the mapper. Fix every mixed-brand workspace, cross-workspace account and duplicate row before opening social-platform authorization screens.
  5. Open the correct workspace in Marblism. Confirm the visible business name matches the row you are about to connect.
  6. Go to Settings → Social Accounts. Add the brand's accounts one at a time and confirm you selected the intended profile when the platform asks.
  7. Stop before scheduling. Verify the connection inside the correct workspace. Use the separate Sonny approval workflow before any customer-facing post goes live.
Honest limitation: this mapper checks only the text you enter. It cannot see your Marblism workspaces, confirm who owns a social profile, test authorization tokens, detect platform restrictions or prove a connection succeeded. Marblism's Social Accounts screen and the social platform's own account selector remain the authority.
The Marblism Challenge

Map and verify one brand in 15 minutes

Action: List one brand's social accounts, run the mapper, correct every warning, then verify one account appears in the intended Marblism workspace without scheduling a post.

Win conditions: every row uses one brand and one workspace, no account appears across multiple workspaces, and one real connection is visible in Settings → Social Accounts.

Score: 0 / 3 — Start with one brand's account map.

Score 3/3, then try the next Marblism Challenge: review one Sonny draft before publishing.

Why this small map matters

Save the finished map somewhere appropriate for operating notes, without passwords or tokens. Update it when a brand, workspace or social account changes. Then use the Sonny setup guide to give the correctly connected workspace useful business material and approval rules.
