Make the daily digest small enough to act on. This free prompt builder gives Eva a delivery time, up to three owner priorities and a simple format to test.

A summary is useful only when it reduces decisions. “Here is everything in your inbox” creates a second inbox. A three-item owner brief is different: it should surface the messages most likely to affect a customer, today's schedule or cash flow, then tell you what decision is waiting.

What Marblism officially documents

Marblism's current daily-summary article says Eva can send a short daily digest. Setup happens by asking Eva in chat, and the official example requests the top three emails at a named time. Marblism says Eva will surface the emails that matter and provide a quick summary of the day.

Delivery time deserves its own check. Marblism's timezone guide says the workspace timezone is detected from the browser when you sign up. You can change it under My Account → Edit Profile → Timezone, and the setting controls when messages, scheduling and tasks happen in local time.

Set up a Marblism Eva daily summary step by step

1. Pick the owner moment. Choose when you can actually make decisions: before the first dispatch, before lunch or near the end of the day. Do not choose a time because it sounds productive.
2. Verify the workspace clock. Open My Account, choose Edit Profile and confirm Timezone. If scheduled work has ever appeared at the wrong hour, use the Marblism timezone check before adding another schedule.
3. Define “important.” Pick no more than three signals in the builder. For a service business, customer replies, schedule changes and money are a practical starting set.
4. Build and read the prompt. Confirm the local time, the top-three limit and each priority. The prompt asks Eva to show why an item matters and what decision is needed.
5. Paste it into Eva's chat. Ask Eva to confirm the daily time she understood. If the confirmation does not match your request, correct it before waiting for a digest.
6. Use a near-term first test. For the 12-minute challenge below, choose a time five to ten minutes ahead while you are available. After the first digest, ask Eva for your normal daily time.
7. Inspect, do not assume. Check whether the digest contains no more than three items, reflects your priority signals and gives you a clear next decision for each one.
8. Tighten one phrase. If a low-value email wins a slot, add one specific exclusion. If a vital email is missing, describe the evidence Eva should look for rather than simply saying “be more accurate.”
